Tierschutz Linth

Tierschutz Linth is an animal shelter in Schmerikon, Canton of St. Gallen. DONATE OR BECOME A MEMBER We have been helping animals in need for 70 years. Our members work for a total of 10 municipalities and, when necessary, go beyond borders. We work closely with the cantonal veterinary office and the animal welfare officers of the municipalities, and we also volunteer and are available for animal cases on weekends. Our association is a member of the Swiss Animal Protection (STS). The Swiss Animal Protection STS is the umbrella organization of 66 regional and cantonal animal welfare associations in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. It represents the interests of animals at the federal level. The goal of all efforts of the Swiss Animal Protection is responsible treatment of animals. Through extensive information campaigns, the association raises awareness among pet owners, the public, and authorities about the protection and rights of animals - direct link on the "Links" page.
