Founded in 1946, the SPA des Montagnes Neuchâteloises (formerly SPA Le Locle) is a recognized public utility association whose activities extend throughout the Montagnes Neuchâteloises region and is a shelter for animals, particularly for dogs, cats, and other domestic animals. Alexandre Seydoux, animals first Alexandre started as a volunteer before obtaining his Federal Certificate of Competence as an animal caretaker (via article 32, accelerated thanks to his experience).
