We offer various heated group and single rooms, either with outdoor enclosures or cat balconies. All rooms provide plenty of retreat, climbing, and play opportunities. The premises are officially approved by the veterinary office of the Canton of Berne, and care is provided by a trained FBA animal caretaker. The cat boarding facility is located in the same premises as the animal welfare association Tierlihilfe. Tierlihilfe rehomes rescue cats, and in the spirit of sustainability, it is important to us that our former protégés are well cared for during the absences/holidays of their staff. Of course, the boarding is also available for other cats. Cats that have been rehomed by Tierlihilfe benefit from a special price. In principle, the premises are always prioritized as a cat rescue station for rescue cats from Tierlihilfe. If capacity allows, we are happy to make the spots available for holiday cats. This requires that reservations must be made in advance. You are always welcome to inquire spontaneously whether there is space available. It is important to note that the Nerotel cat boarding facility is legally and financially separate from the non-profit association Tierlihilfe. The only commonality is the premises. The Tierlihilfe association is funded solely by private donations.
