Petra Müller. The history of the veterinary practice in Uster dates back to the 1980s. Dr. Müller began in 1993 as an assistant to Dr. Hans Bienz and became a partner in the then practice for small animals and horses Dres. Bienz and Müller in 1997. At the same time, the practice was remodeled and expanded. When Dr. med. vet. Petra Müller took over the practice completely in 2014, she founded the PetMed Small Animal Practice. Our small animal practice is easily accessible for pet owners from Uster as well as from the surrounding regions such as Kemptthal, Illnau, Effretikon, Wetzikon, Ober- and Unteruster, and other places in the Zurich Oberland. In these regions, but also in Mönchaltdorf, Gossau/Bertschikon, Greifensee, Nänikon, and Wermatswil, we offer euthanasia home visits to ease the final journey for pet owners and their companions by allowing them to say goodbye to their loved ones at home. Other treatments can also be carried out during home visits by arrangement, provided the animals are cooperative and no extensive diagnostics are necessary.
