Our services for your pet Monday to Friday Holiday and day spaces for dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, and birds General Terms and Conditions Requirements for supervised interactions between pet owners. Illness, injury, accident, hygiene, care treatment costs are the responsibility of the pet owner. Imported loss of revenue, health insurance duty of care for property damage, costs will be borne by the pet owner. If a female animal is accepted during heat or if your pet goes into heat during the holiday period, an additional charge of 50% per day and per animal will apply. Opening hours / Check-in and Check-out Our opening hours: Check-out day free Sundays and public holidays are rest days. Pick-up after 8:30 will be charged as a full boarding day! Appointments and arrangements outside of business hours are possible for an additional fee. Notification In case of emergencies, please leave the contact details of relatives or friends with the Pet Hotel team. Prices / Payment conditions are to be paid on the first day of the holiday.
